The care I received was very good no complaints.
Waiting time could be improved but everything else is good.
Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry that the waiting time was longer than you expected. During each clinic session there will always be a number of different types of clinics operating. Some patients will have an appointment and will take priority. Patients who have dropped in on the day may have to wait to be seen. Depending on the complexity of needs, some patients that are waiting may be seen sooner than others, depending on when an appropriately trained member of staff becomes available. This message will be relayed to patients as appropriate. However, in light of this feedback a new system will be trialled. Where possible, if a clinician agrees to see a patient who has dropped in without an appointment, they will be given a guide time. This will allow them to make a decision about whether they sit and wait in the clinic or return closer to the guide time given. This system will be trialled from May 2015 and reviewed for effectiveness
Got immediate support and emotional help.
Got me instantly about positive things to do in the future.
Time taken waiting to be seen.
Got a good care, doctor who saw me (Mark stein) is best listener I have ever met.
You have a great team and should be very proud of the quality of the HIV service. I would particularly like to mention two of the nurses Nicky and Sam for whom I only have the highest praise. They have given me continuity for many years and are always professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and kind.
Quick and nice staff.
